Early access / beta editionLast updated 25 August 2026

1. Introduction

Parkho Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing CIN U62011UP2026PTC251459, with its registered office at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (“Parkho”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operates the Parkho agentic hiring platform, including the website at tryparkho.com and any associated applications (the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when Companies, Recruiters, and Candidates (together, “you”) interact with the Platform. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable Indian data protection law.

The Platform is currently in early access / beta. This Policy will be updated as the Platform and our data practices evolve; material changes will be notified as described in Section 12.

2. Who this policy covers

Company Users
personnel of Companies who register on the Platform to post Roles and manage hiring.
Recruiter Users
individual recruiters or agency personnel who register on the Platform to source and submit Candidates.
Candidates
individuals whose resumes, profiles, or applications are submitted to or processed by the Platform in connection with a Role, whether they hold a Platform account or not.

Where this Policy refers to “you,” it refers to whichever of the above applies to your interaction with the Platform.

3. Personal data we collect

3.1 Data you provide directly

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, password, company/organisation name, and role/title.
  • Candidate data: resumes/CVs, work history, education, skills, certifications, compensation expectations, references, and interview notes, submitted by Recruiters, Companies, or Candidates themselves.
  • Company and Role data: job descriptions, compensation bands, hiring criteria, and internal notes shared for a Role.
  • Communications: messages, emails, and support requests sent to or through the Platform.
  • Payment and billing data: billing contact details and invoicing information (Parkho does not directly store full payment card or bank account numbers; these are handled by our payment processors).

3.2 Data collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction logs on the Platform.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 8.

3.3 Data generated by the AI Agent Layer

  • Screening scores, qualification assessments, offer benchmarks, and scheduling records generated by Parkho’s AI Agent Layer based on the data above.

3.4 Data from third parties

  • Background check results, where a Company or Recruiter initiates background verification through the Platform and the Candidate has consented.
  • Information from publicly available professional profiles, where lawfully sourced by a Recruiter and uploaded to the Platform.

4. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • Operate the Platform, including matching Candidates to Roles, screening, scheduling, and coordinating the hiring workflow;
  • Enable communication between Companies, Recruiters, and Candidates in connection with a Role;
  • Generate AI-assisted screening outputs and offer benchmarks (see Section 5);
  • Process payments and Success Fees, and maintain business records;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • Improve and develop the Platform, including through aggregated and anonymised usage analysis;
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, or breaches of our Terms and Conditions;
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when a Candidate’s profile is submitted), performance of a contract (for Company and Recruiter accounts), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, consistent with the DPDP Act.

5. Automated processing and the AI Agent Layer

The AI Agent Layer processes Candidate and Role data to generate screening scores, qualification recommendations, and offer benchmarks. These outputs are decision-support tools only; they do not make final hiring decisions, and Companies and Recruiters remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and making the final call on any Candidate. Candidates or their representatives may request more information about the logic of AI-assisted screening applied to them by writing to us at the contact details in Section 13, and we will provide meaningful information about the process to the extent required by applicable law.

6. How we share personal data

We share personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, including with:

  • Companies and Recruiters, for the purpose of evaluating a Candidate against a Role;
  • Service providers who support the Platform, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, background-check, and payment-processing providers, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary for our business operations;
  • Regulators, courts, or law enforcement, where required by applicable law or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including the duration of an active Placement search, the replacement guarantee window under our Terms, and any applicable statutory retention periods (including tax and employment-related records). Candidate profiles not associated with an active Role or Placement process may be retained for a reasonable period to enable future matching, unless the Candidate requests earlier deletion under Section 9.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • Withdraw consent to processing, where processing is based on consent (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal);
  • Request erasure of your personal data, subject to our legitimate business and legal retention needs;
  • Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, as permitted under the DPDP Act;
  • Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 13), and thereafter with the Data Protection Board of India, if unresolved.

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access — designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cross-border data transfer

Personal data may be stored or processed on servers located outside India where our service providers (such as cloud hosting providers) operate infrastructure in other jurisdictions. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure the data continues to receive an appropriate standard of protection, consistent with the DPDP Act and any conditions notified by the Government of India.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly given the Platform’s early access / beta status. Material changes will be notified by email or through an in-Platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
